1. Educational Study Aid

K53 Copilot is an independent educational training aid based on the South African National Road Traffic Act 93 of 1996 and SADC-RTSM. It is designed to prepare candidates for the computerized learner's licence exam at official DLTCs.

2. Official DLTC Tests

K53 Copilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by RTMC, NATIS, or the Department of Transport. Official learner's licence testing and issuing of legal licences must strictly take place in person at a registered DLTC.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, practice questions, visual assets, software, and interface layouts are protected by South African copyright laws.
