K53 Copilot collects minimal information strictly necessary to provide your learner's licence practice exams and scorecards, including candidate names, vehicle code selections (Code 1, 2, or 3), and test responses.

2. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed solely to calculate exam percentages across Rules of the Road, Road Traffic Signs, and Vehicle Controls, and to populate your targeted Mistake Bank.

3. Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

We comply fully with South Africa's POPIA legislation. We do not sell, rent, or lease your study data or personal details to third-party commercial driving schools or advertisers.
